Who am I?

I'm Shai, born January 1981. I'm a software developer by day and a musician and cook by night. My cooking can basically be defined as Italian-influenced mediterranean food. As you can see for yourself, most of the dishes I make are Italian or Italian-based.

I also bake bread; since mid-2009 I haven't bought a single loaf of bread and I'm proud of it.

This blog will allow you to follow my evolution as a hobbyist cook, bread baker and occasioanlly dessert maker.
